GPR was established by Toni & Nigel Sharpe to specialise purely in investment management. 
Our business has access to resources available by membership to a variety of institutions, ie: REIQ, Residential Tenancy Authority, Real Estate Excellence Consultants and Tenancy Information Centre Australia. 

These services allow us to keep up to date with vital information such as correct guidelines to be followed, information required from the Act, seeking prospective tenant history or taking action, if & when required of rent arrears and disputes. 

Our service will ensure personal, confidential and individual communication on all decisions to be made. We will ensure excellent communication between landlord and tenant enabling your property to be managed your way.
