Goondiwindi Property Rentals provided us the outstanding customer service experience in finding a property. We were new when we moved to Gundy, we initiated rental applications with few other agents as well. But Tony was quick and prompt in responding to our inspection request and application. We got a fully furnished apartment with very good neighbors and easy access to Main Street, schools, banks, clinic, park and pool etc. Toni and Nigel are the best real estate people I have ever seen. They are so friendly and understand tenant’s expectations. Team sitting in office also did their best in terms of making the tenancy agreement and documentation work, sending rental receipts on time. We didn’t have to follow up for anything. Just one phone call, maintenance person comes to our house for small plumbing issues. Overall we had a good time in Gundy.

We used their service for our short time stay in Goondiwindi and we are satisfied with their service. Very fair, reasonable and understanding. We worked 12 hours during the day so most of the time we can only contact them during the after office hour but they always tried their best to respond as quickly as possible. There was some miscommunication a bit here and there because of the lack of communication, due to the busy nature of our work, but it was nothing they couldn’t handle. Very recommended!
